As a bonus, we combine the fish with nutritious offal (like heart and liver) for an extra helping of nutrition. We blend our recipes with a super-healthy mix of fruit and veg, plus an extra boost of nutritious herbs and botanicals. Then we gently steam it to lock in all the flavour and goodness.
