Can I have a subscription and still place one-time orders?

Ordered too much? Want to change products or flavours? Going on a holiday? No problem, you can can easily edit or pause your subscription in your Account section.

Is your subscription flexible?

No fees, we don't like fees anymore than you do.

Are there subscription fees?

You only pay for the next upcoming shipment. The first payment will be made right after starting your subscription. For the following orders, we will charge you 7 days before your next shipment date. If there are any problems with your payment, we will notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method.

How often do I pay and when will I be charged?

Very easy to order. The subscription is super easy, you don't have to think about anything else. You are notified a few days before payment so that you can cancel or change days if necessary, and you always get a small discount. Moreover, it is delivered to your home in good order. After trying many other brands, my dog has finally found his favourite food! Highly recommended.
